October is a wonderful time to visit Utah, and I just returned from a 3-week hiking trip to Utah<\/a>. Take your pick between scenic drives, hikes, slot canyons, or ziplines. It was all amazing and I wish I could go back RIGHT NOW!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I visited: Craters of the Moon | Antelope Island<\/a> | Bryce Canyon NP<\/a> \u00a0| \u00a0Grand Staircase-Escalante NM<\/a> \u00a0|\u00a0 Hwy 12 Scenic Byway<\/a>\u00a0 |\u00a0 Capitol Reef NP<\/a> \u00a0|\u00a0 Little Wildhorse Canyon<\/a>\u00a0 |\u00a0 Goblin Valley<\/a>\u00a0 |\u00a0 Canyonlands NP Needles District<\/a>\u00a0 |\u00a0 Dead Horse Point State Park<\/a>\u00a0 |\u00a0 Arches National Park<\/a>\u00a0 |\u00a0 Canyonlands NP Island in the Sky District\u00a0<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Links to videos are included in many sections. Keep in mind I just got a GoPro and had no idea how to use it well, so it’s a bit bouncy, but so is life!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have to say here… if it weren’t for YOGA I wouldn’t be able to do these kinds of things. I have so many failed, operated on, and rehabbed body parts ~ yoga is why I can scramble through slot canyons and hike and explore the way I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
