Getting outdoors and off the grid is my way of recharging my batteries and having fun. I&#8217;ve undergone multiple orthopedic surgeries and rehabs. Physical therapy, yoga, TRX, and learning about biomechanics are what keep me moving and healthy so I can explore and continue the outdoorsy things I love to do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I teach Hatha, yin, and gentle yoga; TRX \/ TRX-Yoga; foam-rolling and myofascial release; and nature mindfulness.
